Running Coaching

Success in running is a bit like a jigsaw puzzle. It has many pieces that need to be put together and everyone is different. I can help identify the pieces that are most important for you – whether it's nutrition, injury prevention, training, time management or even psychology – and we can work together to reach your goals.

My approach is fundamentally based on injury prevention, conditioning and 'pre-habilitation'. Then progressive and achieveable training plans based on your goals, needs, ability and lifestyle.

I love to work with runners of all abilities, but specialise in beginners, new marathon runners and those returning from injury or illness.

"As a 'first timer', running London Marathon last year represented a massive personal challenge and I knew I needed some help. Sarah supported me brilliantly every step of the way and I followed her advice to the letter. I went into marathon day feeling confident that with Sarah's help I was as well prepared as I could be and I loved the day from start to finish. I thought I was a one-time marathoner, but I've entered Paris and once again I've recruited Sarah to get me to the finish line."
